This law regulates the conditions and manner of transportation of persons and things in
road transportation as public transportation and transportation for their own use,
conditions of performing transportation, concessions in the public bus transportation of passengers,
work stations and bus terminals city,
or suburban transport of persons on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
(1) Transportation of persons and goods in road traffic can be carried out as
Public transport and transport for their own use.
(2) Public transport in terms of the law is transportation of passengers and goods along the
compensation which is under the same conditions available to all users.
(3) Transportation for personal needs, in terms of the law is transportation of persons
and things that are done to meet the needs of the registered
business owner of a motor vehicle.
